The Meliá White House was awarded in September the coveted Investors in People standard to highlight its commitment to staff development, training and support.
The first hotel of the Sol Meliá group to have been granted the prestigious award, Meliá White House was assessed in August after two days of intense scrutiny by external assessors, who praised the management and HR teams for positively engaging and developing its people to improve the delivery of services.
Special praise was given to the hotel’s strong commitment to staff development, a successful training calendar offering robust development opportunities and a good record of career progression from junior to senior roles.
